Delete your Badge Quest account

Badge Quest: Emergency Alerts, by Grassquatch. This page explains how to delete your account and data, with or without the app installed.

In the app (fastest)

Open Settings ▶ Account ▶ Delete My Account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent. It works the same on Android, iPhone and the web version.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@grassquatch.com with the subject “Delete my Badge Quest account”. Include your leaderboard display name and your home county (or ZIP code) so we can find your account. You don't need to reinstall anything. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm. If we can't match exactly one account, we'll ask for one more detail before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

  • Your player record and random account ID
  • Your display name and leaderboard entry
  • Your earned badges and badge history
  • Your saved home and recent locations (ZIP / approximate coordinates / county)
  • Your push notification registrations (Android, iPhone and web)

What we keep, and for how long

Nothing tied to your account is kept after deletion. Short-lived server logs (which may contain a shortened account ID) roll over within 30 days. Public alert data from FEMA/NWS isn't personal data and isn't affected.
