How do I earn badges?
Set your home area (ZIP code or location). After an official Wireless Emergency Alert is issued for an area that covers you, the game server sees it in the public FEMA/NWS feeds and awards the matching badge. Never travel toward an emergency to earn a badge.
I got a real alert but no badge
Badges are based on the alert's official target area, which may not match exactly where your phone was. Check that your home area is right (Settings ▶ Home), then tap Sync Now. Some alerts are not published in the public feeds the game uses. The game cannot tell whether your phone actually received an alert.
I'm not getting badge notifications
Open Settings ▶ Buzzes ▶ Enable, and check iPhone Settings ▶ Notifications ▶ Badge Quest, or Android Settings ▶ Apps ▶ Badge Quest ▶ Notifications. Use Test Buzz to check.
How do I change my name or hide from the leaderboard?
Settings ▶ Leaderboard. Names are filtered for offensive words.
How do I delete my account?
Settings ▶ Account ▶ Delete My Account. This permanently deletes your badges, leaderboard entry, locations, and push registration from our server and clears the app on your device. Without the app? See Delete your account.
